who is in turn by May Sherif, the sire of Andiamo and Matador,
both successful
at Olympic and World Cup level. Richmeed
Medallion's dam is Desert Gold who is by Dutch Gold,
an international dressage representative for England,
as was his sire Dutch Courage.
Richmeed Medallion
has been consistently producing super competition dressage horses
who have been excelling in the young horse classes.
Additionally, Richmeed Medallion was a successful FEI
competitor in his own right before his untimely death in 2008.

Meccano’s dam is Deveron
Antoinette (AA), a full sister to Deveron Bernadette,
three times Australian Champion Anglo Arabian under saddle.
Both are by Deveron Duvall who has an exceptional
reputation for producing competition horses
with outstanding temperaments and show quality looks. |

Meccano’s light and powerful movement, his superb length of
rein, handsome head, beautifully balanced body and kind and
trainable temperament make him suitable to breed either a refined
modern dressage horse, horses of royal show quality
or
extremely competitive and beautiful dressage ponies.
Meccano
is competing Elementary, consistently placing and scoring over 60%.
He has the most pleasant and willing attitude to his work and
competitions, making him a pleasure to work with and a wonderful
competition horse.
Recently he entered the show arena with great success at the 2007
Victorian Classic. He
won all his ridden classes and placed 6th in the
prestigious Mike Cheesman Award for Derivatives gaining very high
scores for his ridden work out.
